What the Site Is

Life by Vardell reorganizes public records that government agencies publish about licensed care facilities, such as inspections, findings, complaints and penalties, and links each entry to its source.

Vardell is not a regulator. It does not inspect, certify, rate, rank or endorse any facility. Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial or placement advice, or a recommendation for or against a place. The choice of a facility is yours, and we encourage you to visit, ask questions and talk with people you trust before you make it.

The Records Can Be Incomplete or Wrong

Agencies publish on their own schedules, and their records can be late, incomplete or mistaken. Our copy can also be out of date or contain errors of our own. A missing record does not mean that nothing happened. Check anything that matters to your decision against the source we link.

If you see a mistake, write to vardell@ciertodata.com. We check it against the source and fix our copy. Only the agency can change its own record.

Using What You Find Here

You may read, print and share pages and reports for your own decisions and to help family and friends with theirs. Please do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it automatically, resell it, or present our writing and design as your own. The public records themselves belong to no one, and you can always get them from the agencies.

Emails and Alerts

We email you only if you ask, and only after you confirm your address. You can stop any email with the link inside it. Alerts depend on when agencies publish and when we pick up their releases, so they can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on them as your only way of following a facility.

Paid Reports

Nothing on the site is for sale today. When a paid report is offered, its price and what it contains will be shown before you pay, and payment will be handled by a payment processor; we will not see or store your card number. If a paid report is wrong because of a mistake we made, or you are unhappy with it, write to us within 30 days of buying it for a full refund.

No Warranty, and Limits on Liability

The site and its reports are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including that they are accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Legacy Bridge Holdings Atlanta, LLC is not liable for any decision made, or loss suffered, from using the site or relying on its records, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Georgia Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
