What We Keep, and Why.

Reading the Site

Life by Vardell sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes each request, including your IP address, to deliver the page and protect the site.

Asking to Be Told When Records Are Ready

If you sign up to hear when a set of records is ready, we store your email address, which alert you asked for, the date and time you signed up, and your browser type. We use your IP address only to limit repeated sign-up attempts, and we do not store it.

We use your email address only to send that notice. We do not sell it, share it or add it to any other list.

To unsubscribe, or to have your address deleted, reply to any email we send you.

The Records Themselves

Facility pages and reports show public records published by government agencies, with the source for each entry. They are about licensed facilities, not about visitors to this site.
